10th July 2021: Mr. Renny Samuel, VP HR Medreich Ltd, Mr. Santosh Narayan, Advocate, Bangalore joined hands with Nagarahole tiger reserve to provide Solar-powered Lighting, Mobile phone charging system, and artwork kits @ DB Kuppe Range.

4th July 2021: A Meeting was held with tribal leaders of Mastigudi Tribal Rehabilitation Centre to discuss the pending issues of the Mastigudi Tribal Rehabilitation.

1st July 2021: CSR Initiative
A Mahindra Thar vehicle was donated by Abaranfoundation to Nagarahole Tiger Reserve.

20th June 2021: Clean Kabini
Clean Kabini is an initiative by Nagarahole Tiger Reserve along with Namma Mysore Foundation and resorts around the Kabini area. Clean drive to clear the plastic and bottles along the banks of the river Kabini.

9th June 2021: Medical Health Camp was organized at Veernahosally and Handpost Campus for the staff of Nagarahole in association with Eco Volunteers India and Agarwal Hospitals.

7th June 2021: Covid19 Vaccination drive was organized at Nagarahole Tiger Reserve in association with United Way Bengaluru at Hunsur, Thitimatti, and Hand post Campus for Staff and their dependents.

5th June 2021: World Environment Day
On the occasion of World Environment Day, a webinar was organized by Nagarahole Tiger Reserve. Following are the activities conducted.

3rd March 2021: World Wildlife Day
On the occasion of World Wildlife Day, Nagarahole forest staff were awarded the Late Manikandan Award for their efforts towards forest conservation.

2nd February 2021: World Wetland Day
Kabini and Taraka Backwaters are the main wetland areas of Nagarahole Tiger Reserve and also the main hotspot for bird migration. A waste removal campaign drive was carried out around the backwaters of Kabini and Taraka in association with the resorts around the area.

23rd to 26th January 2021: Bird Survey
1st Edition of Bird Survey was organized at Nagarahole Tiger Reserve. The program got kicked off with Registrations and allocation of 75+23 bird watchers volunteers and college of forestry ponnampet students to different ranges of Nagarahole Tiger Reserve respectively. 91 beats-843.96 sq. km covered,1300 kms traversed by 111 participants along with forest staff. 270 Species recorded covering terrestrial, aquatic & aerial niches.
