Wildlife Safari

Nagarahole Tiger Foundation organizes safaris in departmental vehicles for the public to have an experience about the conservation efforts.

Visiting hours and safari charges in

Forest Department Bus

Morning safari : 06:00 am - 08:00 am
Evening safari : 04:00 pm - 06:00 pm
Adults: Rs 300/- per person / trip
Children(below 10 years): Rs 15/- per person / trip
Foreigners : RS 1000/- per person/trip

* Safari can be cancelled without prior during monsoons due to adverse weather or road conditions.
*Entrance fee camera and video charges are extra

Accommodation within the National Park

Forest lodge -- Accommodation available
Cauvery Lodge -- Two rooms of two beds each
Gangotri Lodge -- Four rooms of two beds each
Dormitories -- Two dorms with twelve beds each

Nagarhole Tiger Conservation Foundaton

To facilitate and support tiger reserve management for conservation of biodiversity and support similar imitative in adjoining landscape through multi stakeholder participation. Nagarhole Tiger Conservation Foundation was constituted vide Government Order No. FEE FWL Dated:02.03.2009.Any individuals or organization including foreign Governments and other external agencies can provide grant-in-aids,donation or assistance of any kind to the Nagarahole Tiger Conservation Foundation.
